Carcinomas are the major serious health issue in today’s healthcare system. while its prognosis is difficult at earlier stages. OSSC oral squamous cell carcinomas reported more than 3 lakhs new cases world-wide and it sixth most common cancer world-wide. Squamous carcinoma defined as of soft, flat, thin cells mainly affect soft regions like tongue diagnosed by various investigational imaging biochemistry parameters. In this case patient was with High Grade Cell Carcinoma. Radiation therapy along chemotherapy option for better therapeutic outcomes. Hence, EBRT given 2 gray every cycle a total 59.8 gray, 20 depending on condition patient. 90% radiation leads to RIOM (Radiation Induced Oral Mucositis) which totally unprotectable there no specific treatment available market approved US-FDA yet. WHO grading system based parameters observations. suffers from inflammation, mouth ulcers progressive can not be able swallow anything. It’s five stage process treated giving antibiotic hygenine, mouthpaints advised. Levofloxaccin 750mg clotrimazole mouthpaint continued curative Supportive successful also shows good response reduction growth tumor observed goals were achieved.
